And just a reminder that this will be right at the corner of Highbury and Oxford, and it will be 32 stories.

Very Waterlooian.

Looks like the large mobile crane was used to move materials for the tower crane base forming.

Working in the pit still for the first tower with excavator working along the north caisson wall and a concrete pump truck being used to pour cement in the bottom of the pit center. Wonder if they intend to move the tower crane from the Centro north tower when they disassemble it here?

Old Oaks takes the honour of assembling the first tower crane of 2026 here. At the same time they are still working on removing the tower portion of the crane on the north Centro building.

Interesting to see BlackWall Forming sign up on construction fencing for this building.

It looks like the first 32s building on the corner will only have one level of underground parking. They poured footings and L2 level walls and posts but they have backfilled the spaces with dirt. Suspect they will pour an L1 floor slab on top of that to create an underground level. Interesting engineering design to bury the L2 walls and posts instead of using that level for parking.

Have started forming for some of the ground floor walls and posts on the SE corner. Parking ramp down to the L1 level is now poured and work continues on the L1 walls and posts on the west and NW side.

Nice photo. The NE corner will likely see the ground floor concrete slab poured this week.

They have now poured the ground floor slab in the NE corner. Forming starting for ground floor walls and posts in the NE corner. Forming for the ground floor slab has started on the west side. Should see steel rebar going in over the next week and a concrete pour in the next two weeks.
