Over 50% of the 7th floor walls on now poured on the 7s building. The forming for the ground floor slab on the 11s is well underway now. They have a piling drilling machine working the south side property line which may be for the continuation of the parking garage structure along that side.
The 7th floor walls are wrapping up and forming for the roof slab is well under way on the 7s building. Looks like they are preparing to start forming for the ground floor walls on the 11s building as it appears like they have now got most of the ground floor slab completed.
They had their tree topping ceremony on the 7s east building. Still have the mechanical penthouse and rooftop features to complete. Concrete forming crew will be able to focus now on the 11s building.
Still no work on forming for the ground floor walls and posts on the 11s building. Excavator has been working the south side of the lot on what appears to be the underground parking garage level to service the 11s building.
Drewlo has finally started forming and pouring the ground floor walls on their 11s building. Progress finally happening on the south end of the L-shaped footprint. Also still working on the foundation footings for the parking garage to the south of the future building.
First 2nd floor wall forms now going up on the south wing of the 11s building. Still working on forming the 2nd floor slab on the NE wing. Slowly working on forming of the L1 parking garage structure along the south of the lot with foundation and L1 walls and posts.

Masonry contractor has been installing exterior brick on the first 3 floors of the 7s building. Looks like the design is to have a faux podium base look. Very little progress on the underground parking level or the 2nd floor of the 11s story building.
Have now poured a few more of the 2nd floor walls on the south wing of the 11s building. Very slow progress on the L1 walls and posts of the parking structure.
They have poured the first 3rd floor walls on the south end but haven't finished pouring the 3rd floor slab yet on the east wing. Still working on forming the parking garage structure between the two buildings and along the south side of the property.
They have made little progress on forming and pouring the 3rd floor walls of the 11s building with more than half of the 3rd floor not yet formed. Likewise on the L1 walls of the parking garage between the 11s and 7s buildings.
Forming has started for the 4th floor slab on the south wing of the 11s building. Still working on the underground parking garage level with excavator working along the south of the lot.
They have been focused on forming and pouring the L1 walls and posts of the underground parking garage along the south side of the property. Little progress on the 4th floor slab of the 11s building itself.
They have now poured a couple of 4th floor walls. Still working on the parking walls and posts of the parking structure along the south side of the lot.
They are still working on the exterior of the 7s building. Have made little progress on the 4th floor walls and posts of the 11s building. Forming for sections of the ground floor slab of the parking structure continues.
They have now poured a large section of ground floor slab above the underground parking level between the two buildings. Work continues on the 7s building exterior. Little work has happened on the 11s building 4th floor walls. Should see progress again now that they may be close to wrapping up the parking garage.
