It looks better with foliage on the trees surrounding it, and then I’m thinking it will look nice at night with the lights on. Maybe they’ll have some decorative lighting on the outside. But yea that would be the final project, seam cracks and all

They had one of those suspended platforms you see used to clean windows in high-rises the other day, so I think they can still make further fixes or enhancements. I assume they've finished the heavy lifting, which is why the crane is being demobilized.

Are we absolutely sure they’re not painting the building a lighter colour like seen in the renders?

The building would look a lot better in a shade of white considering the white windows and how dirty the bare concrete will eventually look.

It's not quite the sidewalk, but the right turn lane on Charlotte Street in front of the building is now open to traffic again. The Charlotte Street Bike Lane will be busy in no time!

Renderings tend to be lighter - colours never match. If it was going to painted, it would have been done at the factory like they pre installed the windows. I’m 90% certain what you see is what you get. It’s going to look nice at night time in the dark 🥴

I agree. Plus I hope they don't try to paint it, there's no way it wouldn't end up peeling in under 10 years and looking way worse.

Wouldn’t lime-washing neither peel nor flake?
