I always appreciate a deep-ish dive case study, but, man, that's a rough website. I don't know what platform it is optimized for, but it certainly isn't a desktop Chrome browser.

Yeah it seemed more like a UI experiment but I appreciated all the schematic

There's a fence around the unit that had the SuperBabba wrap.

Superbaba is great. I'll definitely hit it up for lunch when I'm in the area.

I've had it precisely once and it was excellent. A great import from Victoria.

excellent, and with the push to have workers in the office that will definitely be a boost to the local economy and vibrancy of the area

>All employees working at The Post — within both the north and south towers — will now have assigned desks, marking a complete transition away from the company’s previous worldwide practice of hotdesking during the years of semi-remote work policies emerging out of the pandemic. This shift aligns with Amazon’s global mandate requiring employees to return to the office five days a week starting in January 2025, up from three days per week beginning in May 2023.

too bad they didn't put the Time Out Market in the Post as was earlier theorized, would have been a perfect location for it

I don't think this was every theorized. The Post food area that was to be operated by the Joseph Richard Group was 26k sq ft.. half the size of the Oakridge Time Out Market (the largest in the world, currently).

It's too bad going with JRG was such a bad decision.

Ron.

they picked the Joseph Richards Group that was failing and ended up filing for creditor protection a couple of years ago to run the food court instead. What a shame

There's a poke place fitting out the third kiosk, where Lee's Donuts operated for a while.

It looked they were doing something to the exterior ground level facing the terrace on Georgia. Something going in there?

A new poke bowl place is going in next to Oakberry - I think it was Hula Poke (same as Pacific Centre). This means the atrium is officiall full, tenant-wise!

I wonder how the Oakberry is doing, it must be tough having 2 healthy smoothie places right next to each other competing.

Yeah I thought it was strange when Body Energy Club opened next door.

There was already a smoothie place (Oakberry) and a supplements place (next to the gym upstairs). So it's total duplication!
