This past Saturday was probably one of the worst weather days I can remember. Rain for something like 18 hours straight, strong winds the whole time. The official high was 14, but that was at 12 AM, by morning it was 8 degrees and stayed at that temp for the entire day. And it felt more like 2 or 3. Just pathetic.

But, we've turned the corner now. The forecast looks beautiful. A bit gusty and overcast this morning, but looks like it will clear up. Currently 15 with a forecast high of 23.

7 day forecast: 23/28/2623/23/22/23

Beautiful stretch of sunny, dry, warm but not overly hot weather coming up. Finally!

EDIT: Beautiful day, sun shining and a gentle breeze...and yet, unless the winds shift, it looks like we will once again finish below the EC forecast, which has been overestimating for a while. They forecasted 23, but a solid SSW wind off the lake is keeping us at 20.

21C with a humidex of 23. Cloudy for most of the day but cleared late in the day. This is below average at this time of the year.

Low of 12C this morning and rainy. Crappy.

The warmspot was Bow Island, AB at 31.7C.

Warmest low yesterday was Osoyoos, BC at 15.6C.

You guys had some decent heat a few days ago, and tomorrow and maybe the next day will be hot again.

Average high for May in Montreal is 19.4, in the end I think you will get up to 19. something for the month.

Rain! Not much but we’ll take what we can get. It was cool and mostly cloudy with some intermittent light rain.

Monday's high at Vancouver Harbour was 16 C, the low was 12 C.

16C and sunny in Moncton at 10AM, going up to 21C this afternoon.

Our long range forecast is not much different than yours, but at least our temperatures will be more in the 12-15C range.

Winnipeg is getting hit with a doozy of a Spring heat wave. Their 7 day forecast below, literally 100% sunshine every day as well

27/28/34/35/32/34/32

Winnipeg is actually one of the warmest places in the country in late May - but even for them this is pretty insane.

In Toronto, beautiful summer like day. Already 26, sunny and dry, with a dewpoint of 9.9. Our forecast was 27, so good chance we blow past that.

I'm about 1km from the lake today so feels a bit cooler here, I would guess around 22-23. City centre airport is reading 16 degrees, to highlight the extreme influence the lake has in late Spring and early summer. Lake Ontario is hovering around 10 degrees C.

^ the past few summers I have noticed we (in Winnipeg) got our warmest day in May.

The forecast for Regina and Saskatoon is basically the same as Winnipeg.

Absolutely gorgeous in Calgary, feels like late June, not late May. Think this might be the start of a long hot summer. Think BC is pretty dry already, not a great snowpack west of the Rockies. We have about double the average here though, going to be watching the rivers closely the next couple months.

30°C but only 32% humidity here. Perfect. Feels so nice not to walk into a wall of humidity for a change.

Got some (but not nearly enough) much-needed rain yesterday & today. The overcast skies were a nice reprieve from the unrelenting sun of late too.

27C with a humidex of 30 and sunny. Very gusty wind. Could have been a 10 out 10 day if not for that.

Low of 13C this morning. Not a bad morning.

The warmspot was Val Marie, SK at 36.3C. New yearly high in the country.

Warmest low yesterday Osoyoos, BC at 15.9C.
