I know this year has been particularly bad, but it really drives it home for me that my least favourite thing about Ontario is spring. With winter you at least know what you're in for (and the first few months of it are refreshing), but the inconsistency of spring weather and the length of time it can take for some reliable heat to stick around & foliage to appear is pretty bleak. When you're still getting wintery weather in April (or god forbid, May), it can get downright depressing.
From about March-May was always my favourite time to get out of the province; and now coming from BC it's my least favourite time to visit. The weather from about June-December is great though.
