It has been paved with traffic lights up for what seems like months.
Where the extension ends at Williams Street, they recently started removing a huge section of a beautiful granite outcropping. The lovely dirt hill that remains I would assume has to be landscaped before the street can open.

Trees and plants being installed on the W Howard mile long section in Decatur. Nice mix of native plants and trees!
