Here's a somewhat recent photo (Nov 2020) showing how White Rock's growing skyline is taking shape, as seen from the US side of Semiahmoo Bay (taken by a Greg Bartell).

The two latest Miramar towers are topped out and visible, though the eastern tower visually overlaps with the older and taller tower behind, so it appears as though Miramar Village is made up of 3 towers instead of 4.

What happened here? Phase 1 was pretty good, with nice glazing and pleasant building massing. Phase 2 has been value engineered to hell.

They are basically the same. The newer ones have more horizontal spandrel and the port holes are fake and aren’t real windows like the first phase.
