That's not a big lot for 300 units. Assuming a true highrise is out of the question, this will likely be a very big midrise.
We don't have many of buildings of that scale out in the neighborhoods, but
Clarendale at Six Corners is 258 units so that's probably similar to what we'll get at Lawrence/Western. Admittedly Clarendale is assisted living, so not a 1:1 comparison.
This kind of bulky midrise is also very common in NYC outer boroughs, or all over DC.
