I tend to agree, Park Royal's sales will definitely be cannibalized by this store opening, the question is by how much.
This is a huge win for the downtown core. I'm hopeful this will be enough to convince Uniqlo to open as well, knowing that a similar demographic of shoppers will be going to Simons they'll be able to see a lot of cross sales that way.
