My guess would be both. Simons is the obvious candidate for the 3 level large space.. I don't know what else could go in there. I expect a Uniqlo flagship in the other space. That leaves one space.. rumour was Nike...

Yeah, that makes sense.

I wonder if Uniqlo would ever open a tall, skinny flagship here, in the right building/CRU. We once went to the one in Ginza that's like, 7 floors, and it was really neat.

The "wave hand to open" sensors were a nice improvement, but they aren't synced to both sets of doors which has always been annoying. If you're coming into the mall from the station, for example, and you wave open the first set of doors, you might still have to manually grab the door handle on the second set on the mall side, unless someone is coming out.

IMO, during business hours, the passage should just be open at all times to facilitate foot traffic flow and minimize people having to touch things. Whether that's sliding glass doors that can be manually closed by a security guard or mall staff, or a retractable gate, or both...

The issue with that is it wreaks havoc with the HVAC systems and creates all sorts of pressurization problems in the mall.

I was actually thinking about HVAC when I read the posts above. I wonder if being above the Canada Line tunnel makes the effect even worse?

I am sure it is only a result of the shrink wrap. It will expand back once the air is released. You'll see.

Well I’m certainly glad that was announced. Living in Bellingham and hearing people talk of Simon’s I went to the West Vancouver store and I was quite impressed. I honestly like the men’s selection better than Nordstrom stores in the Seattle area. Downtown Vancouver will be much easier for me to get to, especially when the SkyTrain is extended to Langley.

From the renders it looks like the Simons store is using the 'Tenant 4' space from the previously posted maps. I wonder have they reduced the number of units.. or just adjusted.

Daily Hive story says there's about 100k sq ft of space left to allocate after Aritzia and Simons.

But tenant 4 does have a unit for the CRU 4/735 Granville space for two levels.

Retail Insider confirms it sounds like it's the 3 floors for Tenant 3
