Uh Strathcona Park is the immediate area. There was the homeless guy who was set on fire up the street just a few years ago too. I'm sure you'll find some way to explain that away though.

If you refuse to even acknowledge that some areas do have problems, you're never going to convince people that can see the issues that they're overreacting.
