The encampment in Strathcona Park (which was removed five years ago) didn't seem to cause issues north of Prior Street. The serious incidents all occurred within the encampment. No area is perfect, and if you prefer a more accurate statement, I'm not aware of any obvious problems in the immediate area where the Telus/Ledcor rental towers are proposed.
