Who knows what Azaroff or Allam would vote? They've never been on Council.
Fry and Sim have both voted against proposals, Fry more than Sim (but he still voted to approve more units than Sim because Sim doesn't attend a lot of the public hearings).
As it appears that COPE, the Greens and OneCity haven't agreed on a single mayoral candidate, it's anybody's guess who might win the mayoral race, parties have until September to nominate candidates. It's possible the Vancouver Conservative party might put up a candidate - they were polling ahead of all the parties at the end of last year, without a single nominated candidate.

So in fewer words, Fry is the best candidate for the NIMBY voter after Hardwick. Thank you.
