And the 503 University Ave development, where they tore down the Maritime Christian College. It will be two years this June since they pushed city council to appove this.
I don't think the Gray Group are developers, just land investors, who sit on the property waiting for the price to increase to sell at a profit. So much for housing, might as well setup a tent city.
