And yeh it's designed like over 50 years later so it's going to be sleeker. This is just looks like a Hudson Yards reject. The crown is terrible - they can't make it better?

Anyway with the current climate this likely won't get built. Just an announcement of announcement due to the 25th anniversary year.

Is "cycle" really applicable to NYC? 800+ footers have been built continuously since 1996 when 4 Times Square broke ground.

JP Morgan building hands down gets my vote. I saw it in person for the first time recently and its presence is just mind boggling. I never thought I would see a modern day art-deco tower go up
