We were downtown yesterday, wanting to have lunch at a locally owned pub. Finding parking was (unsurprisingly) a hassle. We attempted, against my better judgement, to park in one of the myriad downtown parking lots. Every lot we entered was poorly maintained. Inadequate snow removal... numerous, massive potholes... we refused to pay to park at any of these places. We eventually found some street parking farther away. I'd rather walk than give money to these parasites.
