- It's showing big urban counties that seemed to be recovering in 2024, falling again in 2025. The US slowed from +1.0% to +0.5% while counties above 1 million, from +1.1% to +0.3%;
- Los Angeles County fell once more (-54,000 on the last year); Cook County still growing (+6,000); Kings and Queens back to negative (-13,000 put together);
- Miami-Dade and Dallas counties (!!!) shrinking: -10,000 and -2,600 respectively;
- Seattle MSA back on track: +100,000 between 2020-2024 and +43,000 (2024-2025). Big divergence from Californian ones; Same story for Washington MSA: +137,000 and +50,000 respectively;
- The Texan Big 4 still very strong.
