I'm trying to remain positive but that Nawi Oodena building doesn't look good to me. I don't know if it's the colour or the appearance of the cladding. It looks like corrugated steel. Obviously it's not that but it sure looks like it. I worry that it will look dilapidated in under 10 years depending on the actual material.
