It's the old "....leave the lights on in your house at night to make people think there's someone home" trick we've all used when heading out for a late night.

Only in this case meant to make prospective buyers think the building is at least somewhat occupied and that people want to live here.

Which is a bit ironic because in an actual fully occupied building, on most evenings, most of the units have most of thier lights off apart from the main living spaces and even then, not very very long or continuously through the evening.

They've started to dismantle the presentation centre and the second building is starting to fill up.

There's three excavators on site now, two of which are currently removing the presentation centre foundation.
