It's the old "....leave the lights on in your house at night to make people think there's someone home" trick we've all used when heading out for a late night.

Only in this case meant to make prospective buyers think the building is at least somewhat occupied and that people want to live here.

Which is a bit ironic because in an actual fully occupied building, on most evenings, most of the units have most of thier lights off apart from the main living spaces and even then, not very very long or continuously through the evening.

They've started to dismantle the presentation centre and the second building is starting to fill up.

The city really needs to enforce towing vehicles illegally parked in the travel lane in front of Surrey Village as pictured above.
They also need to remove the legal parking that's permitted there as the left turning lane can back up to it, blocking traffic turning right or going to King George Hub.
