TD is kitty corner.
BMO may be going back into Claridge House (I think it was there before).
Is there a CIBC at the NW corner of Cambie & 41st?

Construction hasn't started on most of the units so that seems the most plausible unless they want to open with a bunch of blocked off stores.

The balconies have been wrapped with weather protection film, so it looks like we may soon see their final finished version. The crane has also been removed from that tower. It appears that only two cranes now remain on site (not counting the mobile ones).

Maybe they plan on finishing the suites and will do the balconies when the weather improves?

I thought that was the whole point of that membrane — to provide protection from the weather so that work on the balconies can be done without interactions.

I thought with the steel frames of the balconies behind the plastic they wouldn't be accessible to have anything installed on them.

And there was that February 11 building permit saying the pods were being removed for remediation work whatever that means.

The balcony pods seem like they are being fabricated in Korea. No info in the post on how they are being fabricated.

They did work on all the other Westbank projects in the city.
