Lots of progress.
Not keen on the clear glass at the top of each tower and even the office block.
But at least its consistent.

Yeah a proper architectural crown would have been more visually interesting. But I think the roof top are tenant spaces so I guess in that case the covered glass might make more sense.

I assume the glass at least on the remaining vertical sections would be similar so it has more to do with the fact the tower levels are facing into dark units versus the roof section.

There's also a fairly big space in the back corner of the North Arcade.
(and all the Hudson's Bay spaces).
