Here's hoping it doesn't sit like the 99 King hole in the ground for a number of years. I get it costs money to keep an empty building but I'd rather an empty building than a vacant lot.

Well, unlike 99 King I doubt it will be a hole in the ground strewn with rubble. Irvings are generally pretty good about doing some landscaping if they indicate it will be "green space for now"
