With the current schedule, demolition of existing tower at 77 Beale begins 4th quarter 2026. Below grade work begins 2nd quarter of 2028. We may start seeing the new tower structure rise 2nd quarter of 2030, with completion 1st quarter of 2033. This is about 6.5 years total.
Construction of an additional 400-foot residential or hotel tower variant would begin 2nd quarter of 2029. With about 2.75 years duration, this would be completed the end of 2031.
