to start,
444 West Beech by Austin based Endeavor Real Estate Group in Little Italy
Planned for 491 apartments (37 affordable), 6,938 sq. ft. retail, will be 39 stories tall
1555 5th aka Obelisk on 5th by Elda Developments in Cortez Hill
Planned for 150 apartments (9 affordable), 6,360 sq. ft. retail, 24 stories
Dreamboat in Little Italy, Northeast corner of Kettner Boulevard and Juniper Street
Planned for 59 hotel rooms, 8,264 sq. ft. retail
Just did some brief research, the LLC is managed by the owner of Consortium Holdings. They're basically making a new build Lafyette Hotel
Salvation Army Rady Center Phase 1 with Wakeland Development in the Western end of East Village
Planned for 53 units, likely affordable, 5 stories
Lastly moving to the construction phase is the City College housing development, which I have wrote about here
