Hi Nehemiah, thanks for all you do. Downtown is my hood so I'm biased in favor of it.
But wow, neighborhoods south of downtown are seeing some great development! Watching closely the area around the new Gaylord Palms resort.
Public transit is also important to watch. I'm hyped for the new station being added to the Convention Center.
