Sounds like a pause is coming on expansion of the city to the south and southeast, but the NW is free to boom. Need to finish the new south sewage trunk and NW lift station projects to enable growth in the south.
A very temporary one. The southeast stuff should be ready in the next five to seven years. Most residents will never notice a slowdown.
