5-story mixed-use development planned on Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor

Quote:
Tom Stegeman left his mark on Washtenaw Avenue in Ann Arbor over a decade ago when he developed the Arbor Hills Crossing shopping center featuring businesses such as Lululemon, Anthropologie and Zola Bistro.
He’s now proposing a new mixed-use development on roughly two acres across the street.

Stegeman and his team presented plans for 87 apartments and ground-floor commercial spaces to the Washtenaw County Brownfield Redevelopment Authority on Thursday, Feb. 12.
