If Saskatoon did grow between 8000-9000 people last year that is very impressive especially with all the economic uncertainties going on in the world today. There is a major push right now in Canada for critical minerals to be developed and I believe Saskatoon could be mining capital for these companies head offices. Currently the mining head offices include Nutrien, K+S Potash, BHP, Cameco, Orano to name a few and the following junior companies Max Power Mining Corp, Gensource potash, CanAlaska uranium, Star Diamonds, and Upcycle Minerals to name a few that are based in Saskatoon let’s hope some of these junior mining companies actually do build a mine which would create more jobs for the city
