Many have been offering incentives, like free wifi or 1 or 2 months free with long term leases.

CWB Building on 103rd to become ATCO Place by 2028. Sounds like ATCO is moving, and RTO full time.

^ it makes sense as they gave up the milner building behind their current red tower on 105 for condo conversions.

RTO on the other hand is just following trends. Not that I agree with trends. The pendulum will always swing.
