Looks like they're trying to get some work done on the other roundabout before the snow comes

Pitts

"Crews are in the final stages of doing repairs and upgrades to several sections of Pitts Memorial Drive". Seeing is believing.

Looks like it's delayed another week. Closeout is Dec. 13.

I hope GovNL and the city never award another contract to Complete Concrete Solutions, it's been an abysmally managed and executed project.

CBC reports that BTG Capital has acquired the $2M court judgment and mortgage on the Stephenville airport. The airport is still owned by Carl Dymond, with BTG now acting as a secured creditor.

With that said, ownership could change through mortgage enforcement, which seems to be where things are heading.

BTG’s supposed focus is on energy infrastructure..

Divided TCH Extensions

These sections will be completed next year.. they say. It'd be nice to see some plans of putting more divided sections in areas prone to slow downs and accidents like Gander and Clarenville.

There is no way the sections will be completed next year

Agree. I haven't heard of any prep work for this so a timeline is more like - who knows?

YYT Airport

I would absolutely love a parking garage at YYT as we have some of the most miserable weather in the country. The question is how much will the airport improvement fee go up? It's already among the highest in the country.
