Our current goal is Occupancy Q2 of 2026. We will update that based on the structure completion this summer. This build will be out of insulated concrete forms once out of the parkade level.

Hi PrairiePrince.

Yes the project has been moving along. While our Social Media has been a bit quiet lately, action on site has continued, including the 2nd floor suspended slab pour along with most exterior ICF Walls being erected with a pour of those walls slated right before Christmas. Two floors of interior walls have been pre-fabricated off site as well!

Weeks worth of work have occured this year. At this rate, it should be ready for occupancy by 2040.
