I didn't read that in the notes. Lots of recommendations, but no final vote that I saw. Where did you read that in it? I just want to know so I know how to read the notes better. There was lots of good information on the heritage zone around Victoria Park within there.

It is obvious that the city actually cares nothing about having a sense of place within the boundaries of the city. I look forward to another glass tower amidst the pot smoke and homeless people while we build more subdivisions and faceless suburban power centers to donut out the core.
