A construction fence is going up around the former Trinity Lutheran Church at 12th and Ottawa. I believe it is being converted to an event space.

On the left you can see the recently constructed 12-plex infill. This is the one with zero parking. There is another infill - I assume a 4-plex - starting just to the north.
It is not a 4-plex but another 12-plex according to the building permit. Parking is going to be crazy around there!
