For sure--it's been a long time coming. I remember looking for apartments in Ardmore 15 years ago, and pickins were
absurdly slim and dated. The fiercest and irrational NIMBYs are finally losing their grip.
There's still tons of great redevelopment opportunities adjacent to SEPTA stations, so I see this trend lasting for a while.
