I was checking the prices for the rental units in this building, just to have an idea of the currents rates in this area.
Studio: $2600 - $2700 for 440sqft
1BD: $2900 - $3600 for 488 - 618 sqft
2BD: $4300 - $4800 for 747 - 800 sqft
The studio are a bad deal. Almost 3k for a 400sqft unit.
