There was always a provision for standing room in the North stands akin to some of the "newer" stadiums in Canada that have "party zones"
Not sure why you were trying to be dramatic and seemingly denigrate the new structure as "bleachers" It will be fine, just hope that somebody doesn't screw it up and wait ten more years.
