I would imagine they'll try to get the rental portion at Corrigan Court built first, - just to get some revenue going, while waiting it out for the condo market to recover some before trying to get presales going.
I think any large scale high profile project of this level that hadn't already began construction before the whole Inflation crisis of a couple of years back and the recent tariff mania, likely won't see much movement over the next several years while developers wait to see how the overall economy shakes out.
