Public Disorder & the Decline of Vancouver's Livability

I was back at Save On yesterday and saw someone push on the gate, not sure if they were trying to leave the store through that gate or just testing it.
How it works, you push it open a bit and the alarm goes off for a set period of time, i think it was 10 seconds.
So we have another "cry wolf" to many times then people wont even bother to check on it when the alarm goes off. I did not see the security guard come running ready to tackle.
