I like where the direction and effort is starting to go, must keep it up, one step forward no spets back.

My (our) concerns will continue but hopefully less urgently.
Over the pass 4 or 5 years, In my neighbourhood there is a significant drop in broken store front glass, smashed out car windows and psychotic out-loud yellers at all hours (mostly through the night and early mornings).
