Density is a lot higher than it used to be. Many consider every new house lot sprawl, but in general the space is being used more responsibly. The smaller lots are causing some issues. The houses with driveways in the Greens are so tightly spaced there is maybe 3/4 less on street parking due there not being enough spaced between houses and the streets being so narrow parking is only permitted on one side. The trend now seems to be town houses and rear parking which adds a lot more on street parking.
