The Tim Hortons on Portage near Wall is another union shop.
And again, if you cannot treat your employees fairly with dignity and respect and a union contract, which is not uncommonly near minimum wage, forces you out of business, then you failed as a business owner longer before your employees unionized.
The process to get a union certification is a work place is not trivial so you truly need to go out of your way to have employees viewing that as a viable path forward.
