After spending millions fixing up the overpass, I see this on MERX:
Request for Proposal For Engineering Services - Pre-Feasibility Study, Options Analysis & Report For the Replacement of the CNR Viaduct - Route 2 km 1.6
I can't imagine the logistics of that massive task
