They say the interchange option will cost $40 million USD ($55M CAD).

On that note, they said one of the options in Carberry was to "widen the median". I don't know how they're going to widen the median there without expropriating land and redoing the TCH by bowing it out and creating a whole new roadbed with curves. US 83 already has a huge median there and it's judged to be dangerous.
