So you choose to ignore all of the support columns and rebar for the next floor?
I usually look at this weather cam also. In different lighting, depending on the location of the sun, it sometimes appears to be flat. Recheck the cam at a different time and you will see the support columns.

My man, there is rebar for another floor. I live in Midtown and can see it with my own eyes. Put it out of your mind and go enjoy this summer weekend.

Transition floors always break the rhythm and temporarily slow upward progress until the regular pace resumes. These two mid-tower floors are taller than the rest of the apartment floors and might be different in other ways. And as Tuckerman observed on Monday, "It appears that they can't raise the crane until they can attach a new brace for the crane to the floor that they are at. Once attached it will be raised..." This is a special building we're watching go up, so enjoy the show.

Don't really want to get into the conspiracy stuff, but does this look right?

Because this tower crane uses an adjustable "luffing jib" instead of a fixed, horizontal "hammerhead boom" like we're more accustomed to seeing in Atlanta, it is still fully functional at this relative height to the building. Again, I think Tuckerman's explanation is the most logical, that the next brace must be added to tie the tower to the building before more tower sections can be added. The placing booms are pumping concrete on the top floor plates as I write. And the climbing frame is clearly visible in Julien's zoomed photo. These people know what they're doing, so hang in there!

The crane is rising today, so you can finally relax. Masts are usually raised on weekends when road traffic is lightest, so it looks like the riggers are earning double time working on Independence Day.
