Feels like they are moving quickly now, I wonder when opening date is likely? Not in time for FIFA I guess, but anyways it will be another benefit to the neighborhood in bringing the good kind of foot traffic to the area. There are already interesting food places and a number of 24 hour ones too, this will probably grow.

Four years ago they were looking at a hotel and residential building. It looks like the only view cone now covering this site is QE Park.

I guess the old 1045 Haro Street proposal would have a similar viewcone profile. 3.2.1 was around 113m/370 feet

From QE Park it seems to be just to the right of Shangrila's intrusion into the viewcone.

what does this mean exactly? What kind of tenants is this going to attract to the area?
