Pats owners buying baseball’s Regina Red Sox
Queen City Sports and Entertainment to acquire 100 per cent of the Red Sox.
They want to replace both venues interesting.
With the acquisition, the Red Sox join a growing group of other local sports organizations owned by QCSEG, that has included the Regina Pats.

“This is more than a transaction,” QCSEG owner & CEO Shaun Semple said. “It’s really about the fulfillment of a dream, a unification of two great teams and storied franchises here in Regina with the Pats and the Red Sox.”

Davis: Downtown Regina is an embarrassing abomination; maybe a new Red Sox stadium can help
"Show us your Regina" wasn't such a bad promotion; more appealing than "It's all downtown."
The absolute embarrassment of downtown Regina is the new mayor friggin useless. Why is he even mayor when he talks about doing something downtown he talking about laying pipe or patching a pothole he’s got no vision. Absolutely nothing.

Don't worry, in a few months some new small project involving a few tonnes of concrete will be poured (doesn't matter what) and you will think he is the best mayor ever.

I actually know we he meant. Mayor Chad is focused on boring infrastructure rather than exciting, high-profile projects. His turn of phase was quite humorous tho.

Maybe I'm just an old man yelling at clouds, but calling it the "Skuare" is stupid. Why does everyone have try to be so damn cute, with misspelling words to give them cachet?

I was at a meeting this morning with the mayor, and yet somehow, provincial education did not come up in conversation.

I know you're really dumb, but even you should know the mayor has zero to do with schools.
