It is an excellent improvement to the Saint John waterfront and unique, even compared to Halifax. I think it offers a great stretch for locals and tourists to enjoy, running from the container village down to the boardwalk and beyond. I was at Peppers for dinner the other night, sitting on their outdoor seating, and the atmosphere was pleasant.
You are right that there are usually quite a few people using the seating since the weather has picked up, and I am planning to do the same myself soon, on a warmer evening, to catch the sunset.
