I think Brunswick Square really needs to be reimagined and redesigned the from the ground floor up, both the mall and the office tower. But, to do that, they'd probably need to secure some major government funding. I think the both the federal and provincial governments could be receptive to funding a major re-development at Brunswick square, especially if a residential conversion/expansion of the tower was a major part of that plan.
If revitalizing Brunswick Square is, in fact, the developmental lynchpin for sustained development in the Uptown core as some claim it to be, then serious funding consideration and partnerships should be considered by all three levels of government, to support and execute an ambitious plan that revitalizes and reimagines Brunswick Square from the ground up.
